Alexia Liakos is an abstract artist whose work is deeply inspired by place, architecture, and the rhythms of nature and life. Drawing from her architectural background and a sensitivity to the environments she encounters, her paintings explore form, movement, and emotion through richly layered compositions.
Working with oil paint, Alexia creates immersive, abstract artworks that invite the viewer to pause, reflect, and be transported. Her use of colour, movement, and geometry evokes a sense of both structure and freedom, bridging the tangible with the intangible.
Each piece is designed to transform the space it inhabits, acting as a portal into another world. Through her distinctive visual language, Alexia crafts moments of escapism and depth, allowing the viewer to feel a sense of connection; to themselves, to their surroundings, and to something beyond.
